The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be:

• Conducting energy Audits in process industries implementing which includes collection and analysis of all relevant data pertaining to the efficiency of the steam and condensate recovery system.
• Identifying the potential for reducing utility consumption by means of various energy conservation proposals.
• Estimation of financial investment required for the recommended energy conservation proposals along with payback and prioritization of proposals with short term and long term benefits.
• Providing technical support during implementation process, tracking project performance post implementation of energy conservation measures and documentation of actual savings achieved.
• Estimating financial investment required for the recommended energy conservation proposals along with payback and prioritization of proposals with short term and long term benefits.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in environmental legislation.

Requirements

• A Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with minimum 10 Years of experience of conducting detailed energy audits
• A degree in B.Tech /B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Proficiency in the use of computerized preventative maintenance systems and data analysis is preferred
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Demonstrated excellent teamwork skills in past positions

Team Pakka is looking for Pulp Mill Electrical Head who will be responsible for installation of new equipment’s, conduction of routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment faults on site.

The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be:

1. Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of tools, tackles, and measuring instruments.
2. Oversee the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Demineralization (DM) systems.
3. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
4. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical machinery.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to minimize downtime.
6. Identify opportunities for energy conservation and efficiency improvements.
7. Ensure adherence to electrical and general safety standards and protocols.
8. Ensure timely and effective maintenance services to meet production schedules.
9. Ensure timely procurement of electrical components and materials.
10. Utilize SAP for maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
11. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of 4-8 years in Pulp Mill electrical maintenance preferably from Pulp and Paper industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery upkeep, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in SAP and other maintenance management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead all civil-related procurement and vendor coordination activities.
  
• Constantly monitor the progress and take corrective actions to ensure project execution is on the desired track.
  Support the project team by doing all civil-related documentation work as per SOP.
  
• Prepare BOQs from civil general arrangement drawings, assign civil resources to WBS components, and adjust manpower and resources to reduce cost/schedule.
  
• Ability to cross-check the BOQs and make estimates
  
• Preparing and tracking the project schedule’s status, including closing critical issues.
  
• Preparing the tender / Enquiry document. Technical comparison. Checking the drawings. Coordinating with the designer. Quality checking at the site. Resource planning.
  
• Reviewing compliances.
  
• Planning the budget and estimating the cost for the projects.

Requirements

• An experience of 8+ years.
• A degree in B. Tech/BE (Civil).
• Understanding of SAP, TPM, ISO, and OSHAS.
• Ability to negotiate.
• Should have experience in Preparing the BOQ/BOM.
• Able to use SAP /ERP and other day-to-day software
• Able to use Project Planning tools like MS Projects, MS XLS
• A Basic understanding of Risk and Safety Management concepts.
• A background preferably in Pulp and Paper industry.
• Deep cultural understanding of the region with a preference; fluency in Hindi is a must, apart from English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Must have auto-cad knowledge.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tableware molding machines and related instrumentation systems, ensuring smooth operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation issues with molding equipment to minimize downtime.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and adherence to product specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of molding equipment, identifying and addressing potential problems proactively.
• Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and calibration records, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to address equipment-related issues impacting product quality or production efficiency.
• Participate in the installation, setup, and testing of new molding equipment or instrumentation.
• Follow and enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for equipment optimization, process enhancement, and waste reduction.
• Keep updated on industry standards, new technology, and best practices related to molding equipment and instrumentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or technical certification in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-8 years of experience as a technician in the pulp or packaging industry, with expertise in molding machinery and instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles related to tableware molding machines.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair molding machinery and associated instrumentation efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in the pulp or packaging industry.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and calibration tools, along with basic computer skills for maintenance record-keeping.

• Reconciliation: Lead the reconciliation of accounts, including bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company accounts. Resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Tax & Compliance: Oversee Income Tax and TDS return filing, handle corrections, and ensure tax compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring the correct classification of Assets, Liabilities, Revenue, and Capitalization.
  
• Accounts Management: Manage Trade Receivables/Payables, and oversee asset and liability tracking.
  
• Documentation & Leadership: Lead the documentation team, ensuring adherence to internal controls, and regularly update procedural documents.
  

• Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.

   

Requirements

Qualifications:

• CA Intermediate qualification is must.
• Proven experience in accounts management or related field.
